My name is Sara Fitts and I help people get results - personally and professionally. I work with people who want to be more productive, more successful, more efficient, more balanced, and less stressed. My clients hire me to help them manage time, manage careers, manage their businesses, and manage their lives. Simple solutions lead to freedom for each of my clients - freedom from whatever is holding them hostage. My clients produce the results they want and need - and produce them faster by working with me than by working alone. I offer practical solutions that work. Each client works with me to find their unique formula that moves them forward toward their specific goals and dreams.
I am a professionally trained coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Additionally, I have taken advanced courses in the areas of personal development, business, career, sales, marketing, corporate, relationship and group coaching. In order to stay on the cutting edge for my clients, I actively participate in a minimum of one professional development activity each week. It is imperative for me to stay up to date in order to give expert information and opinion to my clients. I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the International Association of Coaches (IAC), CoachVille, and Trinity Episcopal Church.
In addition to my coach training, I received a B.S. in mathematics from Meredith College in 1981 and a M.Ed. from George Mason University in 1987. I have also received training in mediation, conflict resolution, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution. I have logged in more than 3000 coaching hours since starting my own coaching business in 2000.
For 25 years I've coached a number of individuals, groups, and teams to successful accomplishment of their short-term and long-term goals. In 1999, I decided to go to the next level of my own personal and professional development by creating SLF Consulting. This move made it possible for me to work with a variety of people and businesses in many industries in order to facilitate incredible growth and change. I am a catalyst for improvement and I absolutely love what I do.
When I agree to work with a client, it is only after a collaborative interview in which we question each other to determine what kind of partnership we can design in order to produce the results the client wants to achieve.
